My Research is focused on the design and development of Computational Tools for Biology and Medicine. On the Biology Track I’ve been working on Optimization and Robustness of Metabolic Pathways, contextually with Ontology and Data Integration aimed to quantitatively merge the knowledge embedded in model repositories. With respect to the Medicine Track I have always been attracted by the possibility of working on Neurology-related problems, and from 2010 I’m particularly interested in Multiple Sclerosis.
